Payment is by credit card and is charged at the time of order.

Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and Apple Pay are accepted.

After each school’s order deadline, products are shipped to the school and handed over through the school’s English teacher.

Prices include consumption tax.

Orders placed by the order deadline stated on this site incur no shipping fee.

Internet connection and packet charges are borne by the customer. Ask your carrier for details.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept cancellations or returns for customer reasons after an order is placed.

If a product is defective or differs from the order, we will exchange it via the school’s English teacher—please consult them.
